格宾网片拉伸试验的有限元法数值实现

摘要 格宾网片是格宾防护结构的重要组成部分,广泛应用于土木与水利工程等领域。通过建立格宾网片三维模型,基于Abaqus有限元软件平台对网片准静态拉伸试验进行了数值仿真实现。对该数值实现过程进行了阐述,同时对模拟结果进行了探讨分析,并利用物理试验结果对数值结果进行了验证。首先,探讨并标定了网丝材料的本构模型参数,确保其适用于数值模拟。进而,分析了网片系统的能量历程,论证了数值模拟结果的可靠性。数值模拟与物理试验结果对比表明:本文数值模拟很好地反映了对应工况下格宾网片的力学特征,为格宾结构力学性能的后续深入研究奠定了基础。 The gabion mesh is an essential part of gabion-protection structures,which is extensively used in the fields of civil engineering and hydraulic engineering.The quasi-static tensile tests were numerically implemented by establishing a three-dimensional model of the gabion mesh and based on the Abaqus finite element software.The numerical implementation process was described,the simulation results were discussed and analyzed,and verified with physical test results.Firstly,the constitutive model parameters of the mesh material were explored and calibrated to ensure the applicability to numerical simulations.Further,the energy history of the mesh system was analyzed and the reliability of the numerical results was demonstrated.The comparison between numerical simulation and physical test results show that the former well reflects the mechanical characteristics of the gabion mesh under the corresponding working conditions,which lays the foundation for the subsequent in-depth study of the gabion structure.
