彩色多普勒超声检查诊断下肢静脉血栓的效果

Effect of Color Doppler Ultrasonography in Diagnosis of Venous Thrombosis of Lower Extremities

目的探讨彩色多普勒超声检查在下肢静脉血栓中的诊断效果。方法择选2020年6月—2022年6月在天津市河西区陈塘庄街社区卫生服务中心进行检查的100例疑似下肢静脉血栓患者作为研究对象,所有患者均给予常规二维超声和彩色多普勒超声检查。以病理检查结果作为诊断金标准,比较两种检查方式的诊断结果和诊断效能。结果采用彩色多普勒超声检查诊断出真阳性58例,真阴性33例;常规二维超声检查诊断出真阳性49例,真阴性26例。彩色多普勒超声检查的诊断敏感度为92.06%、特异度为89.19%、准确度为89.00%,高于常规二维超声检查的77.78%、70.27%、78.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。彩色多普勒超声检查的漏诊率为7.94%、误诊率为10.81%,低于常规二维超声检查的22.22%和29.73%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论彩色多普勒超声检查对下肢静脉血栓的诊断效果优于常规二维超声检查,值得推广使用。

Objective To explore the effect of color Doppler ultrasonography in the diagnosis of venous thrombosis of lower extremity.Methods A total of 100 patients with suspected lower limb venous thrombosis who came to Community Health Service Center of Chentangzhuang Street,Hexi District,Tianjin for examination from June 2020 to June 2022 were selected as research objects,and all of them were given routine two-dimensional ultrasound and color Doppler ultrasound examination.Taking pathological examination as the diagnostic gold standard,the diagnostic results and diagnostic efficiency of the two methods were compared.Results A total of 58 cases were diagnosed as true positive and 33 cases were diagnosed as true negative using color Doppler ultrasound.Routine two-dimensional ultrasound examination diagnosed 49 cases as true positive and 26 cases as true negative.The diagnostic sensitivity,specificity,and accuracy of color Doppler ultrasound examination were 92.06%,89.19%,and 89.00%,which were significantly higher than those of routine two-dimensional ultrasound examination(77.78%,70.27%,and 78.00%,respectively)(P<0.05).The missed diagnosis rate and misdiagnosis rate of color Doppler ultrasound examination were 7.94%and 10.81%,which were significantly lower than the 22.22%and 29.73%of routine two-dimensional ultrasound examination(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of color Doppler ultrasound examination in the diagnosis of venous thrombosis of lower extremity is better than routine two-dimensional ultrasound examination,which is worth of popularizing.
