基于医学发展史探索中西医结合方法与途径

Discussion on Methods and Approaches of Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine Based on History of Medical Development

中西医结合研究已开展70余年,取得了辉煌的成就。现阶段国家一再强调中西医结合。如何做到中西医结合发展,仍然是需要思考的重要问题。本文通过对中西医发展史的梳理,中西医结合发展不同阶段的思考,提出突破中医和西医自身发展的局限性是中西医结合的关键途径,掌握中西医两套知识体系的中国医学工作者是中西医结合的关键因素两个观点,从医学发展史角度对中西医结合的方法和途径进行了初步探索,以期为中西医深度的有机结合提供借鉴。

Objective The research on integration of Chinese and Western medicine has been carried out for more than 70 years and has achieved remarkable achievements.At the present stage,the country has repeatedly emphasized the integration of Chinese medicine and Western medicine.In this general direction,how to achieve the integration and development of Chinese and Western medicine is still an important issue to be considered.This article reviews the development of Chinese and Western medicine,and considers the different stages of integration of Chinese and Western medicine.It proposes two viewpoints:breaking through the selfdevelopment limitation is the key way to the integration of Chinese and Western medicine,and that Chinese medical workers who master the two sets of knowledge systems of Chinese and Western medicine are the key factors of integrated Chinese and Western medicine.From the perspective of medical development history,this article preliminarily explores the methods and approaches of the integration of Chinese and Western medicine,to provide reference for the deep organic integration of Chinese and Western medicine.
