不同方案对变应性鼻炎患儿鼻部症状、生存质量评分、炎性指标的影响

Effects of different regimens on nasal symptoms,quality of life scores and inflammatory indexes in children with allergic rhinitis

目的对比分析两种不同的治疗方案对变应性鼻炎患儿鼻部症状、生存质量评分、炎性指标的影响。方法选择2018年11月31日到2021年11月31日我院诊治的62例变应性鼻炎患儿作为研究对象,用随机数字表法将其分为参比组和探究组。参比组(31例)给予西替利嗪滴剂治疗,探究组(31例)在参比组的基础上加用鼻渊通窍颗粒治疗,比较两组总有效率、鼻部症状、生存质量、炎症指标。结果探究组治疗总有效率93.55%明显高于参比组74.19%,P<0.05;探究组治疗后的NR、MTT均低于参比组,MCV则高于参比组,P<0.05;探究组治疗后的生存质量7项评分均显著低于参比组,P<0.05;探究组治疗后血清CRP、EOS指标较参比组均明显更低,P<0.05。结论鼻渊通窍颗粒+西替利嗪滴剂联合治疗小儿变应性鼻炎效果确切,可改善患儿的鼻部症状,减轻机体的炎性反应,提高患儿的生存质量,值得推广应用。

Objective To compare and analyze the effects of two different treatment regimens on nasal symptoms,quality of life scores and inflammatory indexes in children with allergic rhinitis.Methods A total of 62 children with allergic rhinitis who were diagnosed and treated in our hospital from November 31,2018 to November 31,2021 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into a reference group and an exploration group by random number table method.The reference group(31 cases)was treated with cetirizine drops,and the exploration group(31 cases)was treated with Biyuan Tongqiao Granules on the basis of the reference group.The total effective rate,nasal symptoms,and quality of life were compared between the two groups.,inflammatory indicators.Results The total effective rate of the exploration group was 93.55%,which was significantly higher than that of the reference group,which was 74.19%,P<0.05;the NR and MTT of the exploration group after treatment were lower than those of the reference group,and the MCV was higher than that of the reference group,P<0.05;The seven quality of life scores of the exploration group after treatment were significantly lower than those of the reference group,P<0.05;the serum CRP and EOS indexes of the exploration group after treatment were significantly lower than those of the reference group,P<0.05.Conclusion Biyuan Tongqiao Granules+Cetirizine Drops combined has an exact effect in the treatment of children with allergic rhinitis,can improve the nasal symptoms of children,reduce the inflammatory response of the body,and improve the quality of life of children,which is worthy of popularization and application.
