西替利嗪片联合布地奈德鼻喷雾剂治疗变应性鼻炎疗效观察

Efficacy observation of cetirizine tablets combined with budesonide nasal spray in the treatment of allergic rhinitis

目的分析评估变应性鼻炎患者于临床治疗期间联合应用西替利嗪片、布地奈德鼻喷雾剂取得的效果。方法选取我院2021年6月至2022年6月收治的68例变应性鼻炎患者为研究对象,根据此间患者治疗方案差异分组,对照组应用西替利嗪片治疗,观察组患者于治疗期间联合应用西替利嗪片、布地奈德鼻喷雾剂,对比两组临床疗效、临床症状积分、不良反应发生率。结果经药物干预,观察组临床治疗有效率高于对照组P<0.05;对比两组临床症状积分,观察组所得评分均低于对照组P<0.05;组间不良反应发生率对比未见显著差异P>0.05。结论变应性鼻炎患者治疗期间联合应用布地奈德鼻喷雾剂、西替利嗪片具有较高的有效性以及安全性,对于改善患者临床症状具有积极意义,且无严重不良反应发生,具有借鉴价值。

Objective To analyze and evaluate the effect of combined use of cetirizine tablets and budesonide nasal spray in patients with allergic rhinitis during clinical treatment.Methods Selected 68 patients with allergic rhinitis who were treated in our hospital from June 2021 to June 2022 as the research objects,and divided into groups according to the difference in the treatment plan of the patients.The control group was treated with cetirizine tablets,and the observation group was treated with cetirizine tablets.During the period,cetirizine tablets and budesonide nasal spray were used in combination,and the clinical efficacy,clinical symptom scores,and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After drug intervention,the effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,P<0.05;the clinical symptom scores of the two groups were compared,and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,P<0.05;there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the groups.Difference P>0.05.Conclusion The combined application of budesonide nasal spray and cetirizine tablets during the treatment of allergic rhinitis patients has high efficacy and safety,and it has positive significance for improving the clinical symptoms of patients,and no serious adverse reactions occur.Reference value.
