针对小儿先天性泪道阻塞采用泪道探通手术的临床治疗研究

Clinical study of lacrimal duct probing surgery for congenital lacrimal duct obstruction in children

目的对针对小儿先天性泪道阻塞采用泪道探通手术的临床治疗效果展开系统分析。方法利用EXCEL表统计遴选本院治疗的80例小儿先天性泪道阻塞患儿作为研究目标,按照随机数字法分为对照组(n=40)、观察组(n=40),统计时间为2019年1月~2022年5月,对照组行采用常规措施治疗,观察组行采用泪道探通手术治疗,研究两组的临床治疗效果、不良反应发生率与泪道阻塞病情再次复发率、泪道功能复常时间与术后恢复治疗时间。结果观察组(97.50%)与对照组(77.50%)相比临床治疗效果较高,P<0.05;观察组(5.00%)(5.00%)与对照组(22.50%)(20.00%)相比不良反应发生率与泪道阻塞病情再次复发率较低,P<0.05;观察组与对照组相比泪道功能复常时间与术后恢复治疗时间较短,P<0.05;结论予以小儿先天性泪道阻塞患儿行采用泪道探通手术治疗可显著提升临床治疗效果,不良反应发生率与泪道阻塞病情再次复发率较低,缩短泪道功能复常时间与术后恢复治疗时间,建议临床深入研究、借鉴。

Objective To systematically analyze the clinical treatment effect of lacrimal duct probing surgery for children with congenital lacrimal duct obstruction.Methods Using EXCEL table statistics,80 children with congenital lacrimal duct obstruction treated in our hospital were selected as the research target,and divided into control group(n=40)and observation group(n=40)according to random number method.From January 2019 to May 2022,the control group was treated with azithromycin,and the observation group was treated with lacrimal duct probing surgery.The clinical treatment effect,incidence of adverse reactions,recurrence rate of lacrimal duct obstruction,and lacrimal duct obstruction were studied in the two groups.Functional recovery time and postoperative recovery time.Results Compared with the control group(97.50%),the observation group(77.50%)had a higher clinical treatment effect,P<0.05;the incidence of adverse reactions and the recurrence rate of lacrimal duct obstruction were compared between the observation group(22.50%)(20.00%)and the control group(5.00%)(5.00%).lower,P<0.05;compared with the control group,the lacrimal duct function recovery time and postoperative recovery treatment time in the observation group were shorter,P<0.05;Conclusion The use of lacrimal duct probing surgery can significantly improve the clinical treatment effect,the incidence of adverse reactions and the recurrence rate of lacrimal duct obstruction are lower,and the time for lacrimal duct function to return to normal and postoperative recovery and treatment time are shortened..
