摘要
目的对脑卒中后中度吞咽障碍康复训练及饮食护理干预效果展开系统分析。方法利用EXCEL表统计遴选本院治疗的82例脑卒中后中度吞咽障碍患者作为研究目标,按照随机数字法分为对照组(n=41)、试验组(n=41),统计时间为2020年3月~2021年4月,对照组行传统护理干预,试验组行康复训练及饮食护理干预,研究两组的并发症率、吞咽功能评分、SF-36评分。结果护理前,两组患者的吞咽功能评分、SF-36评分、营养指标无显著差异,P>0.05。护理后,试验组与对照组相比吞咽功能评分较低,SF-36评分较高,P<0.05;试验组(2.44%)与对照组(19.5%)相比并发症率较低,P<0.05。结论予以脑卒中后中度吞咽障碍患者行康复训练及饮食护理干预可明显降低并发症率,改善吞咽功能、生活质量,建议临床不断深入研究与推广。
Objective To systematically analyze the effects of rehabilitation training and diet nursing intervention for moderate dysphagia after stroke.Methods Using EXCEL table statistics,82 patients with post-stroke moderate dysphagia treated in our hospital were selected as the research target,and divided into control group(n=41)and experimental group(n=41)according to random number method.From March 2020 to April 2021,the control group received traditional nursing intervention,and the experimental group received rehabilitation training and dietary nursing intervention.The complication rate,swallowing function score,and SF-36 score of the two groups were studied.Results Before nursing,there was no significant difference in the swallowing function score,SF-36 score and nutritional index between the two groups,P>0.05.After nursing,compared with the control group,the experimental group had a lower swallowing function score and a higher SF-36 score,P<0.05;the experimental group(2.44%)had a lower complication rate compared with the control group(19.5%),P<0.050.05.Conclusion Rehabilitation training and dietary nursing intervention for post-stroke patients with moderate dysphagia can significantly reduce the complication rate,improve swallowing function and quality of life,and it is recommended to continue in-depth clinical research and promotion.
