心脏手术相关急性肾损伤早期生物标志物的研究进展

摘要 急性肾损伤(AKI)是心脏手术后常见且后果严重的并发症之一,与围手术期死亡率增加、重症监护病房停留时间较长和住院时间延长及治疗费用增加密切相关,早期诊断及早期预防AKI可以显著减少这些不良后果。依靠血清肌酐水平和尿量变化来诊断心脏手术相关急性肾损伤(CSA-AKI)的诊断标准由于存在一定的延迟,不能满足早期诊断的临床需要。因此寻找更加精准和特异的CSA-AKI早期生物标志物成为近年来的研究热点。本文就CSA-AKI早期生物标志物的研究进展予以综述。 Acute kidney injury(AKI)is one of the most common and serious complications after cardiac surgery,which is closely related to the increase of perioperative mortality,the prolongation of intensive care unit and hospitalization residence time and the increase of treatment cost.Early diagnosis and early prevention of AKI can significantly reduce these adverse consequences.The diagnostic criteria for diagnosing cardiac surgery-associated acute kidney injury(CSA-AKI)relying on changes in serum creatinine levels and urine output cannot meet the clinical needs of early diagnosis due to certain diagnostic delays.Therefore,the search for early biomarkers of CSA-AKI has become a research hotspot in recent years.This article reviews the early biomarkers of CSA-AKI.
