中医药在县域综合医院会诊中的应用举隅

Application Instances of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Consultation at County-Level General Hospitals

通过列举县域综合医院中医科参与的病例“腹痛-慢性胰腺炎”“气臌病-肝硬化失代偿期”“痹证-骨性关节炎、糖尿病周围神经病变”,管窥目前县域综合医院中医药会诊的现状:病种虽多,但病例数较少;综合医院的部分医师和患者对中医持观望态度。同时,浅谈对参与会诊的中医师的要求:知识面宜广;会诊单需书写规范;持续追踪会诊病例。

By enumerating the cases of"abdominal pain,diagnosed as chronic pancreatitis","bloat,diagnosed as decompensated cirrhosis",and"arthralgia syndrome,diagnosed as osteoarthritis and diabetic peripheral neuropathy"that the department of traditional Chinese medicine of countylevel general hospitals has participated in,this study analyzes the current situation of application of traditional Chinese medicine in consultation at county-level general hospitals.Specifcally,although there are many kinds of diseases,the number of corresponding patient cases is small.Some doctors in general hospitals and patients are skeptical of traditional Chinese medicine.In addition,this study discusses the requirements for doctors of traditional Chinese medicine participating in the consultation,which include extensive knowledge,well-written consultation sheets,and long-term follow-up of consultation cases.
