桃红四物汤临床研究进展

Progress in Clinical Research of Taohong Siwu Decoction

桃红四物汤是常用于血虚兼血瘀证的经方之一,也是治疗妇科疾病的代表方之一。近年来,桃红四物汤的应用并不局限于妇科,现代临床应用及药理实验表明,桃红四物汤还可用于治疗糖尿病、骨折、股骨头坏死、关节炎、神经性皮炎、冠心病等,疗效显著的同时还具有较高的安全性。本文总结中国知网(CNKI)、万方数据近十年发表的文献资料,以期为桃红四物汤在临床上的广泛使用提供依据及参考。

Taohong Siwu Decoction is one of the classic prescriptions commonly used for blood defciency and stasis syndrome,and it is one of the representative prescriptions for the treatment of gynecological diseases.In recent years,the application of Taohong Siwu Decoction is not limited to gynecology,and modern clinical application and pharmacological experiments show that Taohong Siwu Decoction can be used to treat diabetes,fracture,femoral head necrosis,arthritis,coronary heart disease,neurodermatitis,etc.It has signifcant efcacy and high safety.Therefore,the author reviewed the relevant articles published by CNKI and Wanfang Data in the last 10 years,so as to provide a basis and reference for the widespread use of Taohong Siwu Decoction in clinical practice.
