浅谈民国时期政府机关文书档案保护

民国时期的政府机关文书档案保护措施受当时动荡的社会环境、变动的政治政权影响,呈现出该时期档案保护工作独有的特点。本文通过对民国时期政府机关文书档案整理、保管、利用等环节中所采取的保护措施和体现的保护思想进行研究,并对该时期政府机关文书档案保护工作开展的特点及局限性进行分析,有助于厘清民国时期的档案保护理念对后来档案保护理论体系形成的影响。

The protection measures of the administrative archives of the government organs in the Republic of China were influenced by the turbulent social environment and the changing political regime at that time,showing the unique characteristics of the archives protection work in that period.This paper carries out study on the measures and thoughts about the arrangement,storage and utilization of the administrative archives in the period of the Republic of China,and analyzes the characteristics and limitations,in order to clarify the influence of the archives protection concept during that period on the archives protection theory system formation.
