摘要
档案知识服务作为一种以用户需求为导向,以提供问题解决方案为目标的增值服务模式,与价值共创理论高度契合。基于价值共创理论发展衍生出的相应观点,讨论在价值共创理论视角下档案知识服务开展的要点,并从价值共创过程中的人、机间的协调主体关系出发建构档案知识服务的基本模式。
Archival knowledge service,as a value-added service model guided by user needs and aiming at providing problem-solving solutions,is highly compatible with the theory of value co-creation.Based on the corresponding viewpoints derived from the development of value co-creation theory,this paper discusses the key points of carrying out archival knowledge services from the perspective of value co-creation theory,and constructs a basic model of archival knowledge services from the perspective of the coordinated subject relationship between humans and machines in the value co creation process.
