摘要 针对软土深大基坑混凝土支撑及围护结构变形控制难度大的问题,对混凝土支撑变形主动调控系统进行了深入研究。对混凝土支撑伺服系统设计原理、安装方法、加载原则等进行了介绍,并结合工程实践,对于混凝土支撑变形主动调控系统的作用效果进行了分析,结论如下:混凝土支撑变形主动调控系统能够降低混凝土温度收缩和徐变收缩的影响,充分发挥混凝土支撑轴力作用,有效减小基坑围护结构的变形,具有一定的推广应用价值。 In order to solve the problem that it is difficult to control the deformation of concrete support and retaining structure of deep and large foundation pit in soft soil,the active control system of concrete support deformation is studied.This paper introduces the design principle,installation method and loading principle of the concrete support servo system,and analyzes the effect of the active control system for concrete support deformation combined with engineering practice.The conclusions are as follows:the active control system for concrete support deformation can reduce the influence of temperature shrinkage and creep shrinkage of concrete,and give full play to the axial force of concrete support.It can effectively reduce the deformation of the retaining structure of foundation pit,and has a certain value of popularization and application.
