大截面型钢混凝土梁自承重平台施工技术

摘要 结合工程实际,针对变截面H型钢混凝土梁悬挑长度长,施工工期短、场地狭小的施工难题,进行相应的技术攻关。在确保施工安全及不影响下部混凝土结构施工的前提下,经过方法创新,采用自承重吊模、高空下挂操作平台及高空支模平台完成了劲性型钢混凝土梁的支模与浇筑。实践表明,由自承重吊模、下挂操作平台及高空支模平台组成的高空平台施工技术具有安全可靠、施工简便、节省工期、降低成本的优势,值得在工程中推广应用。 Combined with the engineering practice,the corresponding technical research is carried out to solve the construction problems of long cantilever length,short construction period and narrow site of variable cross-section H-shaped steel reinforced concrete beam.On the premise of ensuring the construction safety and not affecting the construction of the lower concrete structure,the formwork erection and pouring of the SRC beam were completed by using the self-bearing hanging formwork,the high-altitude hanging operation platform and the high-altitude formwork erection platform through innovative methods.The practice shows that the construction technology of high-altitude platform composed of self-supporting hanging formwork,hanging operation platform and high-altitude formwork support platform has the advantages of safety,reliability,simple construction,saving construction period and reducing cost,which is worth popularizing and applying in engineering.
