摘要
马路口资水特大桥主桥为双塔双索面钢混组合梁斜拉桥,其南北引桥为4×30 m钢混组合梁桥,均采用坦克轮滑移顶推施工工艺。坦克轮滑移顶推相较步履式顶推工艺,具有质量轻、施工操作简单、落梁高度低、经济性好等优点。通过计算机控制油缸推动钢梁和坦克轮移动,自动化程度高,施工便捷安全。以4×30 m钢混组合梁桥为例,通过介绍顶推施工工艺比选、顶推施工工艺流程、顶推施工前准备工作、顶推施工关键工艺及顶推施工计算分析等内容,可为类似桥梁项目提供借鉴。
The main bridge of MalukouZishui ulta-large Bridge is a steel-concrete composite girder cable-stayed bridge with double towers and double cable planes.The south and north approach bridges are 4×30 m steel-concrete composite girder bridges,which are constructed by tank wheel sliding and pushing technology.Compared with the walking type pushing technology,the rolling sliding pushing technology has the advantages of light weight,simple construction operation,low beam falling height,good economy and the like.The oil cylinder is controlled by a computer to push the steel beam and the tank wheel to move,so that the automation degree is high,and the construction is convenient and safe.Taking the 4×30m steel-concrete composite beam bridge as an example,this paper introduces the comparison and selection of incremental launching construction technology,the process flow of incremental launching construction,the preparatory work before incremental launching,the key technology of incremental launching and the calculation and analysis of incremental launching,etc.,which can provide reference for similar bridge projects.
