数字经济与中国式现代化:理论逻辑和实践路径

Digital Economy and Chinese Modernization:Theoretical Logic and Practical Approach

中国式现代化为数字经济带来了重要的发展机遇,数字经济也成为推进中国式现代化的战略性力量。本文基于马克思主义政治经济学视角,揭示数字经济推动中国式现代化的理论逻辑:数据要素推进中国式现代化具有独特优势,数字经济与实体经济有机融合是实现中国式现代化的关键,数字乡村建设加快推动农业农村现代化,数字政府建设能够更好推进国家治理现代化。平台经济竞争的垄断性、数实融合的结构性失衡、数字鸿沟引起财富分配的极化效应等仍是阻碍当前实现中国式现代化的现实问题。在数字经济时代推进中国式现代化,首先需要突破核心技术的“卡脖子”难题,其次重点加强平台经济反垄断治理,着力化解数字财富分配的极化效应,构建开放共赢的国际数字经济合作格局。

Chinese modernization has brought important development opportunities for the digital economy,and the digital economy has also become a strategic force to promote Chinese modernization.Based on the perspective of Marxist political economy,this paper reveals the theoretical logic of digital economy promoting Chinese modernization:data elements have unique advantages in promoting Chinese modernization;organic integration of digital economy and real economy is the key to realizing Chinese modernization;digital countryside construction can accelerate agricultural and rural modernization;digital government construction can better promote the modernization of national governance.The competitive monopoly of the plaform economy,the structural imbalance of the integration of data and reality,and the polarization effect of wealth distribution caused by the digital divide are still the practical problems that hinder the realization of Chinese modernization.To promote Chinese modernization in the era of digital economy,we first need to break through the"bottleneck"problem of core technologies,and second,focus on strengthening the anti-monopoly governance of platform economy,pay attention to resolving the polarization effect of digital wealth distribution,and build an open and win-win international digital economic cooperation pattern.We will strengthen the fundamental role of consumption in driving economic development.
