摘要 分析了某635 MW机组大修后发电机气密性试验不合格的影响因素及原因,介绍了治理措施,指出密封瓦检修过程中应特别重视检修工艺细节,强化检修质量管控和技术监督管理,切实保证机组修后安全稳定运行。 The impact factors and the cause of unqualified air tightness test in a 635MW unit after overhaul is analyzed,the treatment measures and pointed out that the detailed maintenance technique should be paid attention specially during the maintenance process of the sealing pad is introduced.Furthermore,the overhaul quality control and the management of technology supervision should be strengthened in order to guarantee the safe and stable operation of the unit after overhaul.
