Multidimensional Study on the Influencing Factors of Rural Women's Economic Behavior in the Process of Rural Revitalization Based on SEM

在乡村振兴巾帼行动的推动下,农村妇女主体地位日益凸显,出于一定经济目的做出的经济行为既有助于实现自身的权利和义务,又将助力乡村振兴。以河南省周口市某县农村妇女为研究对象,基于行为经济学和农户行为理论,从个体、家庭和社会多维层面构建农村妇女经济行为研究模型,分析农村妇女经济行为影响因素,并进一步以家庭资源禀赋为中介变量分析中介效应,以期为农村女性赋能提供决策参考。研究表明:经济活动、文化技术、家庭资源禀赋、乡村振兴认知和资金需求对生产与技术应用行为和消费与营销行为具有显著正向影响;经济活动和乡村振兴认知对其他经济行为具有显著的正向影响;家庭资源禀赋在身体心理层面和文化技术层面的潜变量对经济活动的路径存在中介效应。

Driven by the Action of Women in Rural Revitalization,the dominant position of rural women has become increasingly prominent.Its economic behavior for a certain economic purpose will not only help realize its rights and obligations,but also help rural revitalization.Taking rural women in a county of Zhoukou City,Henan Province as the research object,based on behavioral economics and farmer behavior theory,this paper constructs a research model of rural women's economic behavior,analyzes the influencing factors of rural women's economic behavior using structural equation model(SEM),and further analyzes the intermediary effect using family resource endowment as the intermediary variable,in order to provide decision-making reference for rural women's empowerment.The results show that:economic activities,culture and technology,family resource endowment,rural revitalization awareness and capital demand have significant positive effects on production and technology application behavior and consumption and marketing behavior;Economic activities and rural revitalization cognition have significant positive effects on other economic behaviors;The latent variables of family resource endowments at the physical and psychological levels and cultural and technological levels have intermediary effects on the path of economic activities.
