研究生面临压力现状、影响因素及缓解对策

中共二十大强调育人的根本在于立德。这就要求我国研究生人才培养必须以德为先、德才兼备,必须重视和加强新时代研究生思想政治工作。而关注和加强对研究生压力问题的研究正是做好这一工作的必然要求和重要内容。目前,在招生规模不断扩大和培养质量逐步提高的背景下,研究生面临着学业压力、就业压力、经济压力、人际关系压力及婚恋压力等,形成这些压力的影响因素主要有城乡差别、性别、专业与学校类型、人格等。缓解压力的对策主要体现在高校和研究生个人两个方面的具体应对举措上。

The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposes to implement the strategy of revitalizing the country through science and education,strengthen talent support for modernization construction,and emphasize that the fundamental foundation of education lies in moral character.This requires that as the highest level of talent cultivation in China,graduate education in universities should produce more and better talents,and talents must prioritize morality and have both moral and talent qualities.This requires universities to attach importance to and strengthen the ideological and political education of graduate students in the new era.Focusing and strengthening research on graduate stress issues is an inevitable requirement and important content for doing this work well.At present,with the continuous expansion of enrollment scale and the gradual improvement of training quality,the main pressures faced by graduate students include academic pressure,employment pressure,economic pressure,interpersonal pressure,and marriage pressure.The main influencing factors of stress include urban-rural differences,gender,major and school type,personality,etc.The measures to alleviate pressure are mainly reflected in specific measures taken by universities and individual graduate students.
