流程再造在手术室医院感染控制管理中的应用

目的分析在流程再造在手术室医院感染控制管理中的应用以及对临床工作质量的影响。方法以烟台市莱阳中心医院在2020年1月至2022年12月工作的30名手术室医护人员为研究对象, 其中2020年1月至2021年6月采用常规感染控制管理, 2021年7月至2022年12月采用流程再造管理模式。比较受试人员管理前后的临床工作质量与灭菌合格率, 同时择取两个时间段内的各100例手术, 将其在各时间段内的感染事件发生率进行统计对比。结果 2021年7月至2022年12月, 受试人员管理后的各项工作质量指标评分与各项目的灭菌合格率均高于2020年1月至2021年6月, 差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。2021年7月至2022年12月期间内手术感染事件发生率低于2020年1月至2021年6月, 差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论流程再造管理能够大幅度提升手术室医护人员的临床工作质量, 提高灭菌合格率, 有效降低手术患者感染事件的发生概率, 效果显著。

Objective To analyze the application of process reengineering in hospital infection control management in operating room and its influence on clinical work quality.Methods A total of 30 medical staff in the operating room of Laiyang Central Hospital of Yantai from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the research objects.Routine infection control management was used from January 2020 to June 2021,and process reengineering management mode was used from July 2021 to December 2022.The quality of clinical work and the qualified rate of sterilization before and after the management of the subjects were compared.At the same time,100 operations in each time period were selected,and the incidence of infection events in each time period was statistically compared.Results From July 2021 to December 2022,the scores of various work quality indicators and the sterilization pass rate of various items after the management of the subjects were higher than those from January 2020 to June 2021,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of surgical infection events between July 2021 and December 2022 was lower than that between January 2020 and June 2021,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Process reengineering management can greatly improve the clinical work quality of operating room medical staff,improve the qualified rate of sterilization,effectively reduce the probability of infection events in surgical patients,and have remarkable results.
