间质性肺疾病合并肺癌的研究进展

Research advances in interstitial lung diseases combined with lung cancer

间质性肺疾病(ILD)是一组弥漫性实质性肺部病变,多数患者病情逐渐进展,最终形成肺纤维化。ILD是肺癌(LC)发生的独立危险因素。ILD-LC的诊断困难、治疗复杂,各种手术、操作和放化疗均可能引起ILD的急性加重,导致病情恶化,甚至死亡。因此必须综合分析,尽早明确诊断,制定合适的治疗方案。本文对ILD-LC研究进展进行综述。

Interstitial lung disease(ILD)is a group of diffuse substantial pulmonary diseases,which usually progresses gradually and eventually develops into pulmonary fibrosis.ILD is an independent risk factor for lung cancer(LC).The diagnosis and treatment of ILD-LC are difficult and complex.Surgery,clinical procedures,radiotherapy and chemotherapy all cause the acute exacerbation of ILD and rapid deterioration,and even death.Therefore,it is necessary to make a comprehensive analysis and a clear diagnosis as soon as possible and to develop an appropriate therapy.We update the latest studies on the diagnosis and treatment of ILD-LC in this review.
