摘要
食源性致病菌污染是造成食品安全问题的主要原因,开发高效的样品前处理方法对食源性致病菌快速、精准、高灵敏检测至关重要。基于免疫磁珠的免疫磁分离技术具有分离速度快、特异性强等优势,是实现食品中致病菌精准识别和分离富集的有效手段。本文主要综述了免疫磁分离技术及其在食源性致病菌样品前处理中的应用。首先,介绍了免疫磁分离技术的基本原理,讨论了影响磁分离效率的主要因素。其次,总结了免疫磁分离技术与各种检测方法相结合在食源性致病菌检测中的应用。然后,简要阐述了磁性金属有机框架作为新型磁分离材料在样品前处理领域的巨大应用潜力。最后提出了免疫磁分离技术面临的挑战以及未来的发展方向。本文将有助于进一步了解免疫磁分离技术在食源性致病菌分离和富集中的应用,并为免疫磁分离技术在食源性致病菌快速检测中的综合应用提供参考。
Foodborne pathogenic bacteria contamination is one of the main cause of food safety problems.The development of sample pretreatment techniques is critical for the rapid,accurate and highly sensitive detection of foodborne pathogens.With the significant advantages of high specificity and great separation efficiency,immunomagnetic separation assay based on immunomagnetic beads has been considered as an effective strategy for the separation and enrichment of target bacteria in food.This paper mainly focused on the immunomagnetic separation technology as well as their application in the pretreatment of foodborne pathogens.First,presented the basic principle of immunomagnetic separation,and discussed the effect of main factors on the separation efficiency of immunomagnetic beads.Second,summarized the combination of immunomagnetic separation and various kinds of detection methods to detect foodborne pathogens in food.Then,briefly described the application potential of magnetic metal-organic framework as a new magnetic separation material in the field of sample pretreatments.Finally,proposed the challenges and future trends of immunomagnetic separation technology.This review will contribute to further understanding of the application of immunomagnetic separation in the separation and enrichment of foodborne pathogens,and provide a reference for comprehensive application of immunomagnetic separation in the rapid detection of foodborne pathogens.
