海参功能活性研究进展

摘要 海参是我国传统的滋补佳品,有着悠久的消费历史,深受消费者欢迎。近年来随着对海参生物活性物质,包括海参多糖、蛋白质及多肽、海参脂质、海参皂苷等功效成分的研究,确认了其在护肤、抗衰老、抗肿瘤、调节血糖、免疫调节、抗氧化、抗疲劳和抗炎等领域的保健作用。为了更全面地了解和梳理海参的生物活性,本文综述了近年来国内外有关海参功能活性的最新研究成果,同时针对本文所阐述的海参广阔的发展领域,对目前海参加工产业中存在的问题进行了探讨,并提供了一些具有参考意义的未来发展方向,为海参的进一步研究和应用提供了有益的启示,旨在为更深入地研究海参生物活性及其后续开发和利用提供参考,进一步促进海参全产业链的创新发展,为人们的健康和生活提供更多选择和支持。 Sea cucumber is a traditional nourishing food in China,which has a long history of consumption and is welcomed by consumers.In recent years,with the study of sea cucumber bioactive substances,including polysaccharides,proteins and peptides,sea cucumber lipids,sea cucumber saponins and other functional components,it has been confirmed that their health care effects in skin care,anti-aging,anti-tumor,regulation of blood sugar,immune regulation,antioxidant,anti-fatigue and anti-inflammatory fields.In order to understand and sort out the biological activities of sea cucumbers more comprehensively,this paper reviewed the latest research results on the functional activities of sea cucumbers at home and abroad in recent years.At the same time,in view of the broad development fields of sea cucumbers described in this paper,this paper discussed the existing problems in the processing industry of sea cucumbers,and provided some future development directions with reference significance,which provided beneficial enlightenment for the further research and application of sea cucumbers.Aiming to provide a reference for further research on the biological activity of sea cucumber and its subsequent development and utilization,further promote the innovative development of the whole industry chain of sea cucumber,and provide more choices and support for people’s health and life.
