净味剂对橡胶沥青的影响研究

Influence Study of Deodorant on Rubber Asphalt

橡胶沥青作为一种较为理想的环保路面材料,其在有效解决废旧轮胎污染问题的同时具有提升道路使用性能的有益效果,因而在国内外得到了较多应用。但橡胶沥青在制备及施工过程中较重的气体污染物排放问题一直是制约其更广泛应用的因素之一。研究制备出外掺25%的橡胶沥青,分析了净味剂加入橡胶沥青前后的主要技术指标、气体污染物排放情况,并研究了作用机理。试验结果显示,所加净味剂在不显著影响橡胶沥青相关技术指标情况下,明显改善气体污染物的排放情况。该研究成果可为橡胶沥青绿色环保化应用提供借鉴和指导。

As an ideal environment⁃friendly pavement material,rubber asphalt can effectively solve the pollution problems caused by waste tires with the beneficial effects of improving road performance,so it has been widely applied domestically and abroad.However,the heavy emission of gas pollutants in the preparation and construction of rubber asphalt is always one of the factors narrowing its application.In this paper,the 25%rubber asphalt was prepared,main technical indexes and the emission of gas pollutants before and after adding the deodorant were analyzed,and the action mechanism was studied.The results showed that without significantly affecting relevant technical indexes of the rubber asphalt,the used deodorant effectively reduced the emission of gas pollutants.This paper can provide a reference and guidance for the green application of rubber asphalt.
