泡沫沥青冷再生混合料劈裂强度影响因素研究

Study on Influencing Factors on Splitting Strength of Cold Recycled Mixture with Foamed Asphalt

泡沫沥青冷再生沥青混合料广泛应用于公路沥青路面养护工程,但泡沫沥青冷再生混合料劈裂强度影响因素及规律尚不明晰。在泡沫沥青冷再生混合料配合比设计的基础上,研究了泡沫沥青用量、水泥用量、拌合用水量、养生条件等关键因素,对泡沫沥青冷再生混合料劈裂强度的影响。研究结论可为泡沫沥青冷再生技术的推广及工程应用提供参考。

The cold recycled mixture with foamed asphalt is widely used in the maintenance engineering of highway asphalt pavement,however,the influencing factors and laws on its splitting strength are still not clear.Based on the mix ratio design of the cold recycled mixture with foamed asphalt,this paper studied the influences of key factors such as the content of foamed asphalt,the content of cement,the content of mixing water and curing conditions on the splitting strength of the cold recycled mixture with foamed asphalt.The study results could provide a reference for the promotion and engineering application of the foamed asphalt cold recycling technology.
