泡沫沥青冷再生沥青混合料试验及应用研究 被引量:1

摘要 在泡沫沥青冷再生混合料中掺入一定量的水泥作为外加剂以改善其路用性能。室内试验表明:泡沫沥青冷再生混合料的动稳定度、冻融劈裂强度比随着水泥掺量的增加逐渐增加,高温稳定性能、水稳定性能得到了显著提升;建议水泥的最佳掺量取1.5%,此时相比于0%水泥掺量泡沫沥青冷再生混合料,动稳定度、冻融劈裂强度比分别提升了约115%、19%,弯拉破坏应变降低了1.4%,综合路用性能得到了有效提升。工程应用表明:在改扩建工程中,新建沥青路面采用泡沫沥青冷再生混合料作为下面层进行铺筑后,通车两年内路面未出现裂缝、车辙、路面沉降等病害,路面平整度高,实际使用效果较好。 Adding a certain amount of cement as an additive to the foamed asphalt cold recycled mixture can improve its road performance.The indoor test results showed that with the increase of the cement dosage,the dynamic stability and freeze⁃thaw splitting strength ratio of the foamed asphalt cold recycled mixture gradually increased,and the high⁃temperature stability and water stability were significantly improved.The recommended optimum dosage of the cement was 1.5%,at which the dynamic stability and freeze⁃thaw splitting strength ratio were improved by about 115%and 19%respectively,and the flexural failure strain was decreased by 1.4%,compared to foamed asphalt cold recycled mixture with 0%of cement,showing that the comprehensive road performance had been effectively improved.The engineering application indicated that in the reconstruction and expansion projects,the newly built asphalt pavement,which was paved with the foamed asphalt cold recycled mixture as the lower layer,has not shown cracking,rutting,and settlement within two years of opening to traffic,the pavement evenness and the actual use effect were good.
