固废基聚合物砂浆型隧道盖板配比与性能研究

摘要 针对现有隧道盖板强度低、耐盐冻性能差等问题,提出一种固废基聚合物砂浆,用于制备隧道盖板。该固废基砂浆以钢渣微粉、铁尾矿废砂、环氧树脂胶黏剂等为主要原材料,研究了固废基聚合物砂浆体系中,以钢渣对水泥的取代量为核心参数,考察该参数对隧道盖板力学性能及耐盐冻性能的影响。结果表明:随着钢渣取代量从0%提高至100%,盖板的抗折强度逐渐从29 MPa增长至36 MPa;钢渣取代量对盖板抗压强度和耐盐冻性能的影响是一致的,即钢渣用量为40%达到最佳值。钢渣基聚合物砂浆耐盐冻性能优于现有的水泥基聚合物砂浆与C40混凝土。对不同钢渣取代量下的盖板断面进行SEM扫描,断面出现不同程度的“沟壑状”也对前述的力学特性提出了有效的佐证。 Focusing on problems of current tunnel cover plates such as low strength and bad salt scaling resistance,this paper proposed a type of solid waste⁃based polymer mortar that consists of steel slag powder,iron tailing waste sand,and epoxy resin adhesive to prepare the tunnel cover plate.This paper took the substitution amount of steel slag for cement as the core parameter in the solid waste⁃based polymer mortar system to study the effects on the mechanical properties and salt scaling resistance of the tunnel cover plate.The results showed that,as the steel slag substitution increased from 0%to 100%,the bending strength of the tunnel cover plate gradually increased from 26 MPa to 36 MPa.The effects of the steel slag substitution on the compressive strength and salt scaling resistance of the cover plate were consistent,and the optimum content of the steel slag was 40%.The salt scaling resistance of the steel slag⁃based polymer mortar was better than that of current cement⁃based polymer mortar and C40 concrete.SEM scanning of the cover plate section under different steel slag substitutions showed that the section had different degrees of"gully",which effectively verified the above⁃mentioned mechanical properties.
