摘要
碳化硅颗粒增强铝基(SiC_(P)/Al)复合材料具有高致密度、高导电导热性、低膨胀性等优异的性能,在电子封装、汽车、机械、航空、航天等领域具有广阔的应用前景。介绍了目前国内外SiC_(P)/Al复合材料的制备方法,包括粉末冶金法、搅拌铸造法、喷射沉积法、无压浸渗法、挤压铸造法、激光增材制造法等,并指出不同制备方法在规模化商业生产中的应用及存在的不足。重点阐述了SLM成形技术在制备中/高体积分数SiC_(P)/Al复合材料上的优势。利用SLM快速冷凝成型成型技术,使无缺陷中/高体积分数SiC_(P)/Al复合材料的制备成为可能。
SiC particle reinforced aluminum matrix(SiCy/Al)composites have excellent properties,such as high density,high conductivity thermal property,low expansion property and so on.They have broad application prospects in electronic packaging,automotive,mechanical,aerospace and other fields.At present,the preparation methods of SiC_(p)/Al composites in Chaina and abroad were introduced,including powder metallurgy,stirring casting,jet deposition,non-pressure leaching,extrusion casting and laser additive manufactureing.The application and shortcomings of different preparation methods in large-scale commercial production were pointed out.The advantages of SLM forming technology in preparing medium/high volume integral SiC_(p)/Al composites were emphatically expounded.The preparation of defect-free medium/high volume integral SiC_(p)/Al composites was possible by SLM rapid condensation molding technology.
