摘要
通过调节FeSiBCuNbNi合金成分,该合金体系拥有良好的软磁性能并具有一定的恒磁导效果。结果表明:随着B含量的增加,非晶形成能力增强,且提高B的添加量有利于提高合金的热稳定性,同时降低有效磁导率(μe),使磁滞回线具有良好的线性效果。B含量为12at%的软磁合金具有高的M_(s)=165.79 emu/g(B_(s)=1.52 T)和低的Hc=17.52A/m,并在0~600 A/m的外加磁场中具有良好的恒磁导率效果,即在该交变磁场中具有良好的抗直流偏置效果。
By adjusting FeSiBCuNbNi alloy composition,the alloy system has good soft magnetic properties and a certain constant magnetic permeability effect.The results show that with the increase of B content,the ability of amorphous formation increases,and increasing the amount of B additoin is beneficial to improving the thermal stability of the alloy.At the same time,the effective magnetic permeability(μe)reduces,so that the hysteresis loop has a good linear effect.The soft magnetic alloy with B content of 12at%has a high Ms=165.79 emu/g(B_(s)=1.52 T)and low H_(c)=17.52 A/m,which has a good constant magnetic permeability effect in an external magnetic field of 0 to 600A/m and a good anti-DC bias effect in the alternating magnetic field.
