固溶处理对00Cr25Ni7Mo4N双相不锈钢组织与性能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 对热轧态00Cr25Ni7Mo4N双相不锈钢进行了不同温度与保温时间的固溶处理。采用显微组织观察、拉伸试验、冲击试验、电化学试验等方法,研究了不同固溶处理对热轧态00Cr22Ni5Mo3N双相不锈钢组织、耐腐蚀性和力学性能的影响。结果表明:不同温度固溶的00Cr22Ni5Mo3N双相不锈钢为铁素体+奥氏体相的双相组织。随着固溶温度的升高和固溶时间的增加,00Cr22Ni5Mo3钢中铁素体相逐渐增加,奥氏体相逐渐减少,1060℃×20 min固溶处理的00Cr22Ni5Mo3N钢中两相比最接近1∶1,固溶时间对00Cr22Ni5Mo3N双相不锈钢中两相比例影响较小。随着固溶温度的升高,00Cr22Ni5Mo3N钢的点蚀电位先升高后降低,1060℃×20 min固溶处理的00Cr22Ni5Mo3N钢的点蚀电位最高,为1.089 V,耐腐蚀性能最好,00Cr22Ni5Mo3N双相不锈钢的抗拉强度、屈服强度、伸长率和冲击吸收能量分别为852.3 MPa、544.8 MPa、39.2%和328 J。 Hot rolled 00Cr25Ni7Mo4N duplex stainless steel was treated with solid solution at different temperatures and holding time.The effects of different solution treatments on the microstructure,corrosion resistance and mechanical properties of hot rolled 00Cr22Ni5Mo3N duplex stainless steel were studied by means of microstructure observation,tensile test,impact test and electrochemical test.The results show that 00Cr22Ni5Mo3N duplex stainless steel with solution at different temperatures is ferrite+austenite duplex microstructure.With the increase of solution temperature and solution time,the ferrite phase in 00Cr22Ni5Mo3 steel increases gradually,and the austenite phase decreases gradually.The ratio of two phases in00Cr22Ni5Mo3N steel treated at 1060℃×20 min is the most close to 1∶1.The effect of solution holding time on the ratio of two phases in 00Cr22Ni5Mo3N duplex stainless steel is small.With the increase of solution temperature,the pitting potential of 00Cr22Ni5Mo3N steel increases first and then decreases.00Cr22Ni5Mo3N steel treated at 1060℃×20 min has the highest pitting potential of 1.089V,which shows the best corrosion resistance.The tensile strength,yield strength,elongation and shock absorption energy of 00Cr22Ni5Mo3N duplex stainless steel are 852.3 MPa,544.8 MPa,39.2%and 328 J,respectively.
