摘要
采用化学成分分析、低倍检验、扫描电镜及摩擦磨损性能检测等方法研究了C17200合金热处理温度对其组织和耐磨性的影响,测试了C17200合金锻件经不同工艺热处理后的力学性能和耐磨性。结果表明:合金经不同温度热处理后,材料的组织和力学性能发生变化。采用CETR UMT-3型摩擦磨损机,在相同的实验条件下,合金的硬度与耐磨性不成正比例关系;合金经780℃固溶+595℃时效热处理,其耐磨性最好。
The effect of heat treatment temperature on the microstructure and wear resistance of C17200 alloy was studied by means of chemical composition analysis,low magnification observation,scanning electron microscope(SEM)and friction and wear properties.The mechanical properties and wear resistance of the C17200 alloy forging after heat treatment were tested.The results show that the microstructure and mechanical properties of the alloy change after heat treatment at different temperatures.Under the same experimental conditions,the hardness and wear resistance of the alloy are not proportional to each other by using CETR UMT-3 friction and wear machine.The alloy is heat-treated at a solid solution of780℃+aging treatment of 595℃,and its wear resistance is the best.
