摘要
在光缆护套工序中,张力波动影响光缆拉伸等特性合格。在龙门放线架电机速度的波动下,缆芯的行进速度有周期性的变化。这种周期性的变化,在某些条件下将会导致缆芯放线产生振荡,并在振荡积累到一定程度后形成严重抖动,最终导致缆芯线张力出现严重的波动,不仅影响正常生产,而且还导致光缆拉伸等性能不合格。在PLC中建立算术平均值滤波算法模型,通过计算龙门放线架电机速度波动的平均值来控制电机的稳定性,从而使缆芯放线更加的平稳,不仅提高了产品的合格率,而且能提高一定的光缆拉伸等性能。
In the optical cable sheath process, the tension fluctuation affects the optical cable stretching and other characteristics. Under the fluctuationof the motor speed of the gantry pay off frame, the traveling speed of the 210cable core changes periodically. This periodic change will lead tooscillation of cable core paying off under certain conditions, and serious jitter will be formed after the oscillation accumulates to a certain extent,which will eventually lead to serious fluctuation of cable core tension, not only affecting normal production, but also leading to unqualifiedperformance of cable stretching. The arithmetic mean value filtering algorithm model is established in PLC, and the stability of the motor iscontrolled by calculating the average value of the motor speed fluctuation of the gantry pay off frame, so that the cable core paying off is morestable, which not only improves the qualification rate of the product, but also improves certain optical cable stretching performance.
