摘要
目的:通过实地调查医务人员的职业倦怠和员工行为文化,探究医务人员视角下员工行为文化对职业倦怠的影响。方法:运用自编的员工行为文化量表和修订后的职业倦怠量表(CMBI),对706名医务人员进行员工行为文化和职业倦怠的调查,采用描述性统计分析、多重线性回归分析对数据进行统计学处理。结果:员工行为文化和职业倦怠得分情况分别为为23.40±4.02和11.56±2.08,员工行为文化及其各维度与职业倦怠的相关性均具有统计学意义,回归结果显示,团队协作行为和自我发展行为对职业倦怠的影响均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:通过培养沟通技巧、营造积极向上学习氛围、落地叙事医学实践等措施来巩固员工行为文化,起到缓解和预防医务人员的职业倦怠的作用。
Objective To explore the influence of employee behavior culture on job burnout from the perspective of medical staffs through field investigation on their job burnout and employee behavior culture.Methods 706 medical staffs were investigated by using the self-designed employee behavior culture scale and the revised Job Burnout Scale(CMBI).Data were analyzed by descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression analysis.Results The score of employee behavior culture and job burn⁃out was 23.40±4.02 and 11.56±2.08,respectively.The correlation among employee behavior culture and its dimensions and job burnout was statistically significant.The regression results showed that team cooperation behavior and self-development behavior had statistically significant effects on job burnout(P<0.05).Conclusion It is suggested to cultivate communication skills,create a positive learning environment and implement narrative medicine practice,which can consolidate the staff behavior culture and alle⁃viate and prevent the job burnout of medical staff.
