范式理论视角下新闻传播大类培养中的“术”与“道”问题探究 被引量:1

On the"Technique"and"Way"in the Journalism and Communication Education:From the Perspective of Paradigm Theory

摘要 本文从范式理论的视角探讨了新闻传播大类培养中“术”与“道”的问题。首先,分析了媒介融合趋势对新闻传播人才培养提出的新命题,以及国内外高校在大类培养模式上的探索和实践。其次,聚焦大类培养模式中通识课程和专业课程之间的关系,以及通识素养与专业技能之间的平衡问题,指出这是新闻传播教育面临的核心问题之一。最后,提出了基于范式理论对大类培养中“术”与“道”的关系进行分析和整合的思路,并建议在教学设计上采取多元化、灵活化、个性化和创新化等策略,以期为新闻传播大类培养提供理论参考和实践借鉴。 This article explores the"technique"and"way"in the journalism and communication education from the perspective of paradigm theory.Firstly,it analyzes the new proposition raised by the trend of media convergence for talent cultivation in the journalism and communication education,and reviews exploration and practice of cultivation modes at both domestic and foreign universities.Secondly,it points out that one of the core issues faced by the journalism and communication education is to deal with the relation between general and professional courses,and strike a balance between general humanistic literacy and professional skills.Finally,it proposes an approach of analyzing and integrating the relation between the"technique"and"way"of talent cultivation,and further suggests that strategies such as diversification,flexibility,personalization and innovation should be adopted in teaching design,with the aim of providing theoretical and practical references for the journalism and communication education.
