B对不锈钢药芯焊丝堆焊层组织及性能的影响

摘要 为了研究B元素对不锈钢药芯焊丝堆焊合金的组织及性能的影响,采用熔化极气体保护焊在碳钢板表面制备出不同B含量的不锈钢合金层,然后对堆焊层进行显微组织、物相组成、硬度及耐磨性分析。结果表明:堆焊层以奥氏体为基体,硬质相为M_(2)B相和少量的Fe_(3)(C,B)相;加入适量的B可以显著提高堆焊层的硬度和耐磨性,当B含量为2%时,堆焊层性能最佳,最大硬度值达到43.5 HRC,磨损量最小;随温度的升高堆焊层合金的磨损机理由磨料磨损逐渐向黏着磨损转变,磨损量逐渐增多。 In order to study the effect of B element on the structure and performance of stainless steel flux-cored wire surfacing alloy,stainless steel alloy layers with different B contents were prepared on the surface of carbon steel plate by MIG welding,and the microstructure,phase composition,hardness and wear resistance of the surfacing layer were analyzed.The results show that the matrix of the surfacing layer is austenite,and the hard phase is M_(2)B phase and a small amount of Fe_(3)(C,B)phase.Adding a proper amount of B can significantly improve the hardness and wear resistance of the surfacing layer.When the B content is 2%,the performance of the surfacing layer is best,the maximum hardness value reaches 43.5 HRC,and the wear amount is minimum.With the increase of temperature,the abrasive wear of the surfacing layer alloy is gradually transformed from abrasive wear to adhering wear,and the wear amount gradually increases.
