大线能量焊接钛处理DH36钢热影响区的组织性能

Microstructure and Properties of Heat Affected Zone of Ti Treated DH36 Steel under High Line Energy Welding

摘要 应用FactSage 7.1热力学软件计算和扫描电镜观察明确钛处理后DH36钢的夹杂物析出行为和特征;应用Thermecmaster-100KN热模拟试验机模拟220、253、304、352 kJ/cm的焊接热循环过程,研究了热影响区(HAZ)的显微组织和低温冲击韧性的变化规律。结果表明,钛处理后夹杂物类型主要为TiN、Al2O3、MnS和Ti-Al-O-Mn-S复合夹杂物,其中小于1μm的TiN粒子占TiN颗粒总数的67%;HAZ显微组织为多边形铁素体、珠光体和粒状贝氏体;253 kJ/cm线能量时的晶粒尺寸最小,-20℃时的冲击韧性最高,此后随着线能量的增加,晶粒逐渐粗化,冲击韧性也随之下降。 The precipitation and characteristics of inclusions in DH36 steel after titanium treatment were determined by FactSage 7.1 thermodynamic software calculation and scanning electron microscope observation,and the welding thermal cycle process of 220,253,304 and 352 kJ/cm were simulated by thermecmaster-100KN thermal simulation test machine and the change rules of microstructure and low temperature impact toughness of HAZ were studied.The results show that the main inclusion types after titanium treatment are TiN,AlOs,MnS and Ti-Al-O-Mn-S composite inclusions,in which the TiN particles less than 1μm account for 67%of the total TiN particles.The microstructure of HAZ is polygonal ferrite,pearlite and granular bainite;the grain size at 253 kJ/cm heat input is the smallest,and the impact toughness at-20C is the highest,and then with the further increase of heat input,the grains coarsen and the impact toughness decreases.
