摘要
由于灰铸铁材料独特的组织结构,其缺陷焊补难度较大,焊补过程中容易产生裂纹,特别是法兰孔桥处开裂后的现场焊补。焊接熔敷金属容易造成螺栓孔径变小或受堵,无法自由穿入螺栓。通过对焊接裂纹和螺栓孔径变化的原因分析,提出了采用镍基焊材+增焊过渡层和难熔材料预堵塞焊补区域孔洞等满足实际需要的修复工艺,解决了灰铸铁法兰孔桥开裂焊接修复遇到的各种问题,取得了良好的修复效果。
Due to its unique structure,the defects of gray cast iron are difficult to be repaired by welding,and cracks are easy to occur in the welding process,especially in the field welding of the cracked flange hole bridge.The welding deposited metal is easy to cause the bolt hole diameter to become small or to be blocked,so it is not possible to penetrate the bolt freely.Through the analysis of the cause of weld crack and the change of bolt hole diameter,the repair process by using nickel base welding material+welding buffer layer and pre-pluging the refractory material to the holes in welding repair area was put forward,which can meet the actual requirement.It solves all kinds of problems in repairing crack of gray cast iron flange hole bridge,and obtains good repairing effect.
