摘要
针对大型豪华邮轮激光复合焊薄板对接焊缝的检测难点,结合标准规范的相关要求,制定了PAUT检测方案。使用专用软件进行声学覆盖仿真,在对应的自然缺陷模拟试板上进行试验和RT比对,并在实际焊缝上进行了相应的检测验证。
PAUT testing plan was formulated preliminary,combined with standard and code requirements,which was used to solve the detection difficulty of thin plate butt welds of laser hybrid arc welding for large luxury cruise ship.Used dedicated acoustic coverage simulation software,tested the plan on relevant natural flaw demonstration block and the actual welds with the RT comparison.
