Te微合金化对1R50导电铝合金的组织及性能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 向1R50导电铝合金中添加微量Te元素,采用OM、XRD、SEM、EDS、万能试验机及涡流导电仪分别研究了Te微合金化对1R50合金微观组织、力学性能及导电率的影响。结果表明:Te添加后形成的Al2Te3相作为形核核心,可有效细化合金晶粒尺寸;使1R50导电铝合金的第二相形貌由粗大长条状转变为球形,提升了1R50导电铝合金的力学性能。此外,Te与Fe、Si、Ce原子形成了Al-Ce-Fe-Si-Te的金属间化合物,并在晶界析出,净化了基体,改善了1R50导电铝合金的导电性能。当Te添加量为0.1wt%时,合金的综合性能最佳,抗拉强度及伸长率为78 MPa及41.4%,与1R50合金相比分别提高了16.4%及7.0%,且导电率不降低。 The effects of Te microalloying addition on the microstructure,mechanical performance,and electrical conductivity of 1R50 conductive aluminum alloy were investigated by OM,XRD,SEM,EDS,universal testing machine and eddy current conductivity meter.The results show that Te can refine the grain size of alloys due to the formation of Al_2Te_3 phase as the nucleation core.Meanwhile,the morphology of precipitation changes from long strip to fine spherical,which can improve the mechanical properties of 1R50 conductive aluminum alloy.Te can purify the matrix through form Al-Ce-Fe-Si-Te intermetallics with the impurity atoms Fe,Si and Ce at grain boundaries.Therefore,when the addition amount of Te is 0.1wt%,the alloy has the best comprehensive properties.The tensile strength and elongation of the alloys are 78 MPa and 41.4%,increased by 16.4%and 7.0%compared with 1R50 alloy,respectively,while can maintain the electrical conductivity instant.
