强制冷却工艺对低碳铝镇静钢组织和性能的影响

摘要 采用强制冷却工艺可以加快热卷流转,提高生产效率。通过分析低碳铝镇静钢热轧态显微组织及力学性能,对比研究了不同冷却工艺对钢的组织及通卷性能的影响。结果表明,与自然冷却相比,强制冷却工艺的晶粒度相对均匀,两者的析出物都很少;强制冷却工艺的强度有一定提升,(550±30)℃入水工艺的屈服强度比自然冷却工艺平均高30 MPa左右。同时,通卷的性能均匀性也有效改善,选用入水温度为(400±30)℃的水冷工艺能保证合适的强度且通卷性能差异控制在20 MPa以内。 The forced cooling process can speed up the hot coil flow and improve the production efficiency.By analyzing the microstructure and mechanical properties of low-carbon aluminum killed steel,the effects of different cooling processes on the microstructure and roll-through properties of the steel were compared.The results show that compared with natural cooling,the grain size of the forced cooling process is relatively uniform,and there are few precipitates in both.The strength of the forced cooling process has been improved to a certain extent.The yield strength of the(550±30)℃water-in process is about 30 MPa higher than that of the natural cooling process on average.At the same time,the uniformity of the roll-through performance is also effectively improved.The selection of a water-cooling process with an inlet water temperature of(400±30)℃can ensure proper strength and the difference in roll-through performance is controlled within 20 MPa.
