摘要
静电纺丝工艺可用于制备连续的微纳米纤维,操作方法简单、参数可控;聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)作为一种低表面能半结晶型聚合物,具有机械强度高、耐热性和化学稳定性好、易于静电纺丝的特点。近年来,利用静电纺丝技术制备PVDF基纳米纤维膜应用于生物医学、能量转换、电池隔膜、过滤和吸附、催化等方面的报道有很多。在简要介绍PVDF和静电纺丝原理的基础上,综述了静电纺PVDF基纳米纤维膜研究现状,并对其未来研究方向进行展望。
Electrospinning technology can be used to prepare continuous micro and nanofibers with simple operation method and controllable parameters.Polyvinylidene fluoride(PVDF),as a low surface energy semi-crystalline polymer,has the characteristics of high mechanical strength,preeminent heat resistance,chemical stability and ease of electrospinning.In recent years,there have been many reports on the preparation of PVDF-based nanofiber membranes by electrospinning technology and their applications in biomedicine,energy conversion,battery separator,filtration and adsorption,catalysis,etc.Based on the brief introduction of PVDF and the principle of electrospinning,the research status of electrospinning PVDF-based nanofiber membranes was reviewed,and the future research direction was prospected.
