摘要
相变材料(PCM)具备优异的热储性能,它通过自身的相变过程进行能量转换,从而减少能源消耗。生物质材料来源广泛,成本低廉,具备天然的孔结构,可作为载体材料应用于生物质复合相变材料。介绍了几种常见的PCM与生物质材料制备复合材料的基本性能,组合方式。在此基础上,分析了生物质相变材料的基本特点,综述了生物质复合相变材料的研究现状,探究了生物质相变材料的制备方法,指出了生物质复合相变材料存在的工艺复杂、成本高、材料泄露等问题,并提出改进意见,最后对生物质相变材料的未来发展方向和应用做出了展望。
Phase change materials(PCMs)have excellent heat storage properties and reduce energy consumption by converting energy through their own phase change process.Biomass materials have a wide range of sources,low cost,natural pore structure,and can be used as carrier materials for biomass composite PCMs.The basic properties and combination methods of several common composites prepared by PCM and biomass materials were introduced.On this basis,the basic characteristics of biomass PCMs were analyzed,the research status of biomass composite PCMs was reviewed,and the preparation methods of biomass PCMs were explored.The problems such as process complexity,high cost and material leakage of biomass composite PCMs were pointed out,and suggestions for improvement were put forward,and finally the future development direction and application of biomass phase change materials were prospected.
