摘要
以结晶紫内酯(CVL)为隐色剂,双酚A(BPA)为显色剂,十四醇、十六醇和十八醇为溶剂,制备热致变色复配物,通过计算复配物变色前后色差,确定CVL/BPA/十四醇复配物、CVL/BPA/十六醇复配物和CVL/BPA/十八醇复配物最佳质量比分别为1∶4∶40、1∶3∶30和1∶4∶50。以密胺树脂为壁材,质量比最佳的复配物为芯材,通过原位聚合法制备了热致变色微胶囊,并对其性能进行了测试。结果表明热致变色复配物和微胶囊均具有良好的变色性能,微胶囊技术能够有效提升材料的耐热性和循环稳定性。
The thermochromic compounds were fabricated with crystal violet lactone as color former,bisphenol A as color developer,and tetradecanol,hexadecanol and octadecanol as organic solvents.By calculating the color difference before and after color change,the optimal mass ratios of CVL/BPA/tetradecanol compound,CVL/BPA/hexadecanol compound and CVL/BPA/octadecanol compound were determined as 1∶4∶40,1∶3∶30 and 1∶4∶50,respectively.Then the thermochromic microcapsules were prepared by in-situ polymerization using melamine resin as wall material and the compound with the optimal mass ratio as core material,and their properties were tested.The results showed that both the thermochromic compounds and the microcapsules had good color-changing performance,and the microencapsulation technology could effectively improve the heat resistance and cyclic stability of the materials.
