卤胺类抗菌医用材料研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 卤胺化合物因其具有广谱抗菌性、快速杀菌且不产生耐药性、可再生性、长期稳定性以及对人类和环境的安全性而受到广泛关注。而目前国内外学者对于卤胺类抗菌剂的研究主要集中在抗菌纺织品领域,在医用领域的研究不足。主要综述了卤胺类抗菌剂及其在生物医用领域的研究进展。根据卤胺类抗菌医用材料的化学结构及其制备方法,详细介绍了小分子卤胺、合成大分子卤胺及天然大分子卤胺的合成,及其在医用抗菌领域的研究进展,并对卤胺类化合物未来在生物医用领域的主要研究方向进行了展望。 N-halamine compounds have drawn increasing research interest due to their unique properties,such as broad-spectrum antibacterial properties,fast sterilization without drug resistance,regenerability,long-term stability and safety to human beings and the environment.At present,domestic and foreign scholars mainly focus on the research of N-halamine antibacterial agents in the field of antibacterial textiles,and the research in the medical field is insufficient.This paper reviewed the recent progress of N-halamine antibacterial agents and their applications in biomedical field.According to the chemical structure and preparation methods of N-halamine antibacterial medical materials,the synthesis of small molecule N-halamines,macromolecular N-halamines and natural macromolecular N-halamines,as well as the research progress in the field of medical antibacterial were introduced in detail.Furthermore,the main future research directions of N-halamines in the biomedical field were also prospected.
