澳大利亚公共图书馆记忆资源服务研究

Research on Memory Resource Service in Australian Public Libraries

文章采用文献研究、网络调研、案例分析等方法,选取澳大利亚9家公共图书馆为研究对象,从服务对象、服务内容、特色资源、拓展项目与服务空间5个方面调查其记忆资源服务情况,并提出对我国公共图书馆记忆资源服务的启示,即推进线上服务,拓宽记忆资源服务渠道;鼓励公众参与,践行共建共享模式;细化用户需求,提供个性化定制服务;利用数字技术,打造专业化服务平台。

This paper adopts the methods of literature research,network research and case analysis,and selects 9 public libraries in Australia as the research objects,from the five aspects of service object,service content,characteristic resources,expansion projects and service space,investigates the situation of its memory resources services,and puts enlightenments of development of memory resource services for Chinese public libraries:promoting online services and broadening memory resource service channels;encouraging public participation and establishing a model of co-construction and sharing;refining users' needs and providing personalized customization services;actively using digital technology to create a professional service platform.
