基于SWOT分析的城市书房文旅融合服务策略

Strategies of Cultural Tourism Integration Service in the City Study Based on SWOT Analysis

文章借助SWOT分析发现,城市书房参与文旅服务具有景观价值突出、文化特色鲜明、规模基础初具、配套服务日趋健全等内部优势,存在社会知晓度低、缺乏稳定资金保障、服务效能有待提升等内部劣势,拥有良好的政策机遇、文旅需求迅速增长、信息技术支持、社会资本广泛参与等外部机会,面临制度体系有待完善、主体功能受到冲击、系统竞争激烈等外部威胁。基于此,构建城市书房文旅融合服务策略,包括发展型策略、多元化策略、扭转型策略和防御型策略。

With the help of SWOT analysis,it is found that city study have internal advantages such as outstanding landscape value,distinctive cultural characteristics,initial scale foundation and increasingly sound supporting services,and internal disadvantages such as low social awareness,lack of stable financial guarantee and service effectiveness to be improved.And it has external opportunities such as good policy opportunities,rapid growth of cultural tourism demand,information technical support and extensive participation of social capital,but also need to face external threats such as institutional system to be improved,the main function of the impact,system competition is fierce.Based on this,the article constructs service strategies of city study cultural tourism integration,including strategies of expansion,diversification,reversal and defense.
