球墨铸铁焊接再制造研究进展

摘要 球墨铸铁在极端条件下会承受严重的腐蚀和磨损,造成部件的损伤失效。为了降低成本,提高球墨铸铁件的服役性能,需要对部件进行缺陷修复或表面改性以获得更优异的表面耐磨及耐蚀等性能。通过焊接的方法能够在球墨铸铁表面形成与其冶金结合良好的熔覆层或在缺陷处填充合适的金属材料,达到再制造的目的。本文对球墨铸铁焊接再制造的国内外研究情况进行了调研,总结了采用电弧焊、搅拌摩擦加工和激光焊工艺进行球墨铸铁再制造的主要研究成果,可为球墨铸铁再制造的相关研究提供指导。 Ductile cast iron bears severe corrosion and wear under extreme conditions,resulting in damage and failure of components.In order to reduce the cost and improve the service performance of ductile cast iron,it is necessary to repair the defects or modify the surface of the parts to have better surface wear resistance and corrosion resistance.By welding,the cladding layer with good metallurgical bonding can be formed on the surface of ductile cast iron,or the defects can be filled with appropriate metal materials to achieve the purpose of remanufacturing.In this paper,the research situation of ductile cast iron welding remanufacturing in China and foreign countries was investigated,and the main research results of ductile cast iron remanufacturing by using arc welding,friction stir processing and laser welding process were summarized.It can provide guidance for the related research of ductile iron remanufacturing.
