摘要
冻结肩的治疗方式有多种,涉及到疼痛科、麻醉科、康复科、骨关节外科与中医科等多个科室。为了更好地开展冻结肩的临床诊治,本共识编写组汇集各专业基础与临床相关专家,参考国内外新文献,结合各自的专业特点和经验,围绕冻结肩的解剖、临床表现、诊断与治疗等内容编写了本共识。
There are many treatment methods to treat the frozen shoulder,involving departments of painology,anesthesiology,rehabilitation,bone and joint surgery and traditional Chinese medicine.In order to better carry out the clinical diagnosis and treatment of frozen shoulder,the basic and clinical experts from various disciplines,referenced the latest domestic and foreign literature,combined with their professional characteristics and experience,focused on the anatomy and clinical manifestations,diagnosis and treatment of frozen shoulder,and compiled this multidisciplinary cooperation consensus.
