银质针治疗慢性疼痛文献计量学及可视化分析

Silver needle for chronic pain:a bibliometric and visual analysis

目的采用CiteSpace软件分析银质针在慢性疼痛治疗中的研究现状和热点。方法通过检索1994年至2021年中国知网(CNKI)数据库有关银质针相关文献,将符合条件的文献以Refworks文本格式导出,应用CiteSpace软件对作者、机构、关键词进行可视化分析。结果共纳入符合条件的文献121篇,年发文量呈波动性增长,并在2020年和2021年达到最大的10篇。总发文量排名前5的作者分别是王福根、高谦、候京山、张照庆、尹晶;总发文量最多的机构是解放军总医院康复医学科;除去与主题相关的关键词后,关键词共现排名前两位的是"针刺疗法""导热疗法";关键词聚类显示,"注射""肩周炎""骨骼肌"是规模较大的聚类;关键词突现提示,"软骨细胞"可能是今后研究热点。结论银质针疗法虽然在临床应用多年,但随着治疗适应证的扩大,今后仍是研究热点。目前关于银质针的基础研究较少,现有的基础研究集中于银质针对于软骨细胞的影响。银质针对于神经系统中枢敏化的影响可能是今后研究热点。

Objective The current status and hot spots on silver needles in chronic pain treatment was analyzed by CiteSpace software.Methods The documents related to silver needles(endothermic needles)from 1994 to 2021 was searched in the China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)database,and the eligible documents were exported in Refworks text format.CiteSpace software was applied to visualize and analyze the authors,institutions,and keywords.Results A total of 121 documents were included,with a fluctuating annual increase in the number of publications and reaching a maximum of 10 in 2020 and 2021.The top 5 authors were Wang Fugen,Gao Qian,Hou Jingshan,Zhang Zhaoqing and Yin Jing.The institution with the highest total number of articles was the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine of the PLA General Hospital.After excluding keywords related to the topic,the top two keywords were acupuncture therapy and heat conduction therapy.Keyword clustering were injection,frozen shoulder and skeletal muscle with large size.The keyword emergence suggested that chondrocyte may be a hot spot for future research.Conclusion Although silver needle therapy has been used clinically for many years,it is still a research hotspot with the expansion of treatment indications.Few basic studies on silver needles are available,and only focus on the chondrocytes.The effect of the silver needle on central neurosensitization may be a hot spot for future research.
