舒芬太尼皮下持续泵入缓解姑息治疗阶段肺动脉高压患儿呼吸困难:1例报道并文献复习

Continuous subcutaneous sufentanil PCA to relieve dyspnea in children with pulmonary hypertension during palliative treatment: a case report and literature review

本文报道了一例肺动脉高压呼吸困难患儿在强心、利尿、降低肺动脉压等治疗后呼吸困难缓解不明显情况下, 联合应用舒芬太尼患者自控镇痛(PCA)泵治疗, 患儿呼吸困难症状缓解, 呼吸、血压转归平稳, 心率及指脉氧指标好转, 且未见不良反应, 直至患儿终末的个案。并进行了文献复习, 为采用癌痛的治疗方法对临床姑息阶段患儿对症治疗提供了参考。

One child with pulmonary hypertension and respiratory distress alleviated by sufentanil PCA based on the treatment of cardiotonic,diuretic,and decrease pulmonary artery pressure,getting the results of respiratory distress symptoms relief,stable breathing and blood pressure,improvement of heart rate and finger oxygen indicators,until the end of the child's life.The literature was reviewed to provide a reference for symptomatic treatment in palliative stage children.
